Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made from AeroSpin. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. AeroSpin specialises in the sale of ceiling fans and related accessories to customers throughout the United Kingdom. We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, product colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and minor manufacturing tolerances may result in slight differences in dimensions or appearance. All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

When you place an order through our website, your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. An order is only accepted once we have sent you a confirmation that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment cannot be authorised, stock becomes unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times provided; however, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Ownership of the goods will pass to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered. If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, supplier shortages or other unforeseen events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. If you choose to cancel, you must notify us within this period and return the goods in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of informing us. Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned. Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including bespoke or personalised products.

If any item you receive is faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact AeroSpin as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this may include a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes any legal rights you have under UK consumer legislation.

All ceiling fans sold by AeroSpin should be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable UK electrical regulations. We strongly recommend installation by a suitably qualified electrician or competent installer. AeroSpin accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect installation, improper wiring, misuse, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow installation instructions. Any manufacturer's warranty may be invalidated where products have been incorrectly installed or used outside their intended purpose.

Where a manufacturer's warranty is provided, the warranty remains subject to that manufacturer's own terms and conditions. Warranty coverage does not normally extend to accidental damage, cosmetic wear, misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised repairs or commercial use where the product is intended solely for domestic purposes.

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those legal obligations, AeroSpin shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption or any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our maximum liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products concerned, except where UK law provides otherwise.

All content on the AeroSpin website, including logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, photographs and written material, remains the intellectual property of AeroSpin or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission. Any personal information collected during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any rights they may have to bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction where applicable. AeroSpin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, although the version in force at the time your order is accepted will apply to your purchase.
